Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Join a collaborative team as a Registered Nurse, providing clinical care and medication management in a skilled nursing environment.

You will

• communicate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to coordinate care
• conduct assessments and update Resident Care Plans
• prepare, administer, and document medications accurately
• supervise ancillary care staff and support smooth resident move-ins
• use clinical judgment to identify symptoms and elevate concerns appropriately
• address resident, family, and physician concerns effectively

• Current Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing
• At least one year of long-term care experience; supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and medication management skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English
