Innov Age is seeking an In-Home Services Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in participants’ homes or Innov Age facilities. The role includes triaging calls, scheduling, administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating with the Home Care team to ensure appropriate levels of care.
The RN will instruct participants and families, perform assessments, and participate in quality management activities. A valid RN license, BLS, and 1+ year geriatric experience are required.
