Colorado Pain Care operates multiple clinics throughout the Denver metro and Colorado region, specializing in advanced interventional pain management and regenerative medicine. What You’ll Do- Room patients and obtain medical histories, vital signs, and test results
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments
- Assist providers during examinations and in‑office procedures
- Administer medications under physician supervision
- Assist with pre‑ and post‑procedure patient care and transfers
- Schedule appointments, follow‑ups, and manage patient waitlists
- Check patients in, verify information, and maintain accurate medical records
- Manage medical supply inventory and stock exam rooms
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies
- Complete required annual training
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (or required based on clinic needs)
- Pain management, orthopedic, or spine experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and patient care mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
