Ecumen is hiring a Triage Nurse, RN to support our Assisted Living and Hospice teams. The part-time role offers weekend coverage (Every 3rd weekend) with a 3pm–11pm shift. Minnesota RN licensure is required or must be obtained within 60 days.
You will provide telephone triage nursing, document symptoms and advice, and follow up on higher‑risk situations. This role requires strong clinical and relational skills and proficiency with EHR systems.
