Role:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments, utilizing technology and evidence-based practices.

• Conducts physical, social, and psychological assessments
• Develops individualized care plans involving patients and families
• Directs and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams
• Delegates and coordinates care
• Evaluates patient responses and modifies plans accordingly
• Maintains professionalism and complies with legal and ethical standards

• Current RN license, BLS certification, and up to date with licensing requirements.
• Preferred BSN degree from an accredited institution.
• Skills include patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and accountability.
