Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute dialysis unit, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Delivering high-level nursing care utilizing the nursing process, assessing patients during dialysis treatments, managing dialysis equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Models proficiency by precepting new staff and contributing to safety and quality standards.
- Valid CO RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, and current ACLS and BLS certification.
- Ability to perform specialty acute care and dialysis procedures, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient wellness.
- Provide specialty acute care for patients with moderate to high acuity, manage dialysis treatments, conduct patient assessments, and ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
