Role Overview

The position involves practicing professional nursing and medicine, including independent and delegated functions, patient advocacy, and delivering medical care to diagnose, treat, and promote health. Responsibilities include comprehensive data collection, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedure performance within expertise, patient education, documentation, and emergency response. The role emphasizes collaboration with healthcare teams, maintaining safety, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity. It also involves participating in quality assurance, continuing education, and mentoring.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree for PA, with appropriate accreditation.
  • Licenses and certifications such as RN License, Nurse Practitioner Certification, Prescriptive Authority, or Physician Assistant License, including DEA registration and BLS.
  • Ability to develop treatment plans, perform procedures within regulations, and provide patient education.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year full scope practice experience preferred.
