To qualify, you need an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact eligibility, plus at least 1 year of recent cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) experience.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended skills include acute care experience, strong teamwork, and effective communication. Familiarity with infection prevention, quality assurance, and critical care protocols is helpful.
