RN Infusion

HealthONE is seeking an RN Infusion nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based infusion therapies in our Denver facilities. In this role, you will start and manage IV infusions, monitor for reactions, educate patients, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You'll use cutting-edge technology while upholding strict safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, biologics, and injections per provider orders
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene promptly
• Perform patient assessments, obtain histories, and document care in the EHREducate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to optimize treatment plans
• Maintain infusion equipment, IV access devices, and ensure safe medication handling
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards (Joint Commission, OSHA)
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple infusions and chair assignments efficiently
• Participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Precept or mentor new staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion
