We are actively hiring an Infusion Nurse to support our Denver, CO site.

Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
COMPENSATION
: $43-$60/hr

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Perform IV infusion of blinded and unblinded investigational products according to study protocols.
  • Obtain blood specimens and other biological samples from study subjects following proper clinical procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely source documentation in compliance with GCP and sponsor guidelines.
  • Monitor subjects for adverse events and report findings by protocol and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of study data and participant information.
  • Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, and other clinical staff to ensure protocol compliance.
  • Participate in training sessions and maintain current knowledge of clinical trial procedures and safety standards.
  • Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

  • Work is performed on-site in a clinical office setting.
  • Local travel may be required as needed.
  • Daily computer use.
  • Exposure to human bodily fluids.
  • Participant/Patient care.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work schedules. October 29, 2025
  • Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds.
  • Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current nursing license is in good standing.
  • GCP certification preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in IV infusion and phlebotomy required.

Knowledge and

Skills:

  • Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills to include Office
    365 products.
  • Experience in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures preferred.
  • Strong problem solving, risk assessment and impact analysis abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
