Heights Care & Rehab is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team for a consistent Friday through Sunday schedule.

Night shift nurses are vital leaders within our facility. You'll oversee resident care, support nursing staff, make critical clinical decisions, and help ensure residents receive the highest quality care throughout the night.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight during the night shift
• Assess residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support, mentor, and supervise nursing assistants and LPNs
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment
• Help drive quality outcomes and clinical excellence

• Active Colorado RN License
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Competitive pay: $45–$55 per hour
