In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the wound care department, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, support and develop clinical staff, and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong clinical background in wound care and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Required- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) certification (or equivalent, if applicable) in good standing.
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Three (3) or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience in wound care.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an acute care, rehabilitation, or post-acute healthcare setting.
