Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, providing direct patient care with a focus on urgent and emergent cases in a freestanding ED setting.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritize wellness and evidence-based care, precept new staff, and ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years' experience, current RN licensure, minimum 6 months of RN experience, and certifications including BLS, PALS or ENPC, ACLS, and Pediatric Emergency courses. Ability to work onsite in day shifts.
