Job Summary:
The Home Health Registered Nurse Team Lead will oversee home health operations in our care teams, coordinating and managing a group of nurses and clinicians providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role involves a blend of clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, comprehensive patient assessments, and effective communication skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
As a Team Lead, you will be providing direct patient care with a single patient in Lakewood, CO on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7 am - 7 pm. We offer a bonus paid at 30 days, 60 days, and 6 months of full time employment with the same single patient in Lakewood, CO.

Education and Experience

Qualifications:

• Be a registered nurse (R.N.) with a current license in the State of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience required; at least 1 year of experience in home health or community health preferred. Previous leadership/supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and medical documentation systems
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Additional Information

• $45.00- $50.00 an hour + Bonus Opportunity!
