- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 4-6 RN depending on census. RN ratio 1:6 days and nights
- Night Shift - 4-6 RN depending on census. RN ratio 1:6 days and nights
- Type of equipment – remote tele
- EMR - Meditech
Med/surg experience, Mom/baby experience with NRP preferred. Must have
- 1 year of current Hospital acute care Med/Surg experience
- BLS
- Surgical and medical experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, medical management
- Outgoing with can do attitude and outstanding customer service skills
- Independent and confident in own skills and judgment. Often will work with one other RN or alone, resources available on the floor but not on the unit.
