Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing activity registrations, managing court rentals, acting as MOD, PCT, private groups, and opening/closing the facility. Process cash, check, and credit card point of sale transactions. Light cleaning and facility responsibilities on occasion. Typical shifts 6:00am-12:00n, 12:00n-5:00pm, and 5:00-10:00pm Sunday-Saturday.
Qualifications and Requirements- Minimum age: 21
- Must have general knowledge of the game of tennis and be familiar with the NTRP rating system. Availability is paramount as we are staffed from 6am to 10pm daily. 10-20 hours per week.
- The ability to string racquets a major plus.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Work may occur in environments with poor acoustics, distractions, or high activity levels.
- Physical Activity(s): Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
