Animal Health Care Denveris seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinicsoperations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinicand the well‑being of the animals we care for.
Whatto Expect
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. The hospital’s operating hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
- Manage Clinicoperations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Guideand coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaininga strong commitment to the client experience.
- Demonstrate initiativeinbalancingthe needs ofboththebusiness andthestaff.
- Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
- Comfortable working part time on the floor,bothinthe back and up front.
- Experience executing clinical HR functions, includingSOPs, evaluations,anddisciplinary action.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system
