Safety Coordinator
Our client, an industry-leading organization, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team. As a Safety Coordinator, you will be part of the safety and compliance department supporting operational safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $58.42

What's the Job?
- Define and document policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to support operational goals and reduce incidents.
- Coordinate employee compliance training and ensure completion of all required courses.
- Conduct audits to verify compliance with safety policies and investigate any complaints or deficiencies.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in safety, environmental management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in safety, environmental, or transportation safety within warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Certification in safety (such as CSP) or working toward such certification is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with proof of liability coverage meeting company standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead teams.
