Performs product and processes audits and serves as Subject Matter Expert for quality-related items;
Supervises the daily work assignments of quality team members;
Designs and implements training for QA Techs and for company employees outside of the quality department;
Leads daily quality team meetings;
Continuously performs quality control tasks: visually inspects windows and doors for imperfections, ensures rejected material is quarantined until reclaimed or disposed, process audits
