The RoleThe Right of Way (ROW) Permit Coordinator II is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of permit applications and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
This role is remote within the Denver metro area and surrounding regions, with optional access to a WeWork location, though it is primarily work‑from‑home with occasional in‑person meetings throughout the year. The Main Responsibilities- Manage ROW permit applications across jurisdictions.
- Track lifecycle from submission to approval.
- Maintain accurate permit data and timelines.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide status updates and reporting.

Compensation$80,000 - $120,000 / annually
