Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Quality Engineering
I’m currently supporting a fast-growing aerospace company developing advanced satellite and communication technologies for next-generation space and airborne platforms.
They’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to work across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to support the production of highly reliable aerospace hardware and systems.
This is a hands‑on role focused on driving quality improvements, resolving nonconformances, supporting AS9100 compliance, and helping scale quality systems within a rapidly growing engineering environment.
Key responsibilities include:- Establishing and maintaining QMS procedures and processes
- Driving root cause investigations, corrective actions, and 8D activities
- Managing supplier quality evaluations and audits
- Supporting supplier nonconformance resolution and corrective actions
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Developing quality metrics and performance objectives
- Supporting internal and external AS9100 audits
- Delivering QMS training across the organization
- Partnering closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- 8+ years of quality engineering experience
- Strong experience within manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Aerospace or electronics industry experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus
