Job Title: QA Test Lead – Mobile Testing
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead – Mobile Testing to lead quality assurance activities for complex software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test planning, test execution, automation, mobile application testing, and leading QA teams across multiple projects. This role requires expertise in quality processes, test management tools, and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Lead end-to-end QA testing activities for mobile and software applications.
• Develop and execute formal test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Lead onshore and offshore QA resources through effective delegation, training, and mentoring.
• Manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze test results, identify risks, and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
• Utilize test management tools such as HP Quality Center/ALM or similar testing platforms.
• Provide quality process guidance and training to technical teams.
• Act as a quality consultant to influence business and technical partners.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout the software lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Experience leading QA teams and managing complex testing initiatives.
• Strong experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android).
• Hands-on experience with test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Proficiency with QA testing tools such as HP Test Suite, HP Quality Center/ALM, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize testing activities.

• Experience serving as a QA Subject Matter Expert for enterprise applications.
• Experience with offshore/onshore team coordination.
• Knowledge of quality assurance best practices and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
