Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous quality enhancement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality control methodologies.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities.
- Lead quality meetings and provide guidance to teams on quality-related matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures.
- Document and maintain records of quality control activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in the manufacturing or commercial sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
