Job Summary

Our client, a communication leader provider, is seeking an experienced Test Architect to focus on the Network Back Office (NBO) domain—specifically mobile network operations, phone activation workflows, and core network integration. You will craft clear, structured test strategies, write refined use cases and user stories, and leverage AI tools to drive architecture efficiency. This position is W-2 only. We are not open to working with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end test strategies, test frameworks, and test plans for complex mobile network back-office applications
• Define test architecture, methodologies, and quality standards to ensure comprehensive test coverage and system reliability
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to analyze requirements and define testing objectives
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, use cases, test scenarios, and detailed test documentation
• Create and maintain standardized testing artifacts, including test outlines, traceability matrices, and quality documentation
• Collaborate with test execution teams to ensure seamless handoffs, clear requirements understanding, and effective test execution
• Review test results, identify coverage gaps, and recommend improvements to testing processes and methodologies
• Leverage AI‑powered tools, including Claude and Kiro, to accelerate test case development, documentation creation, and quality analysis activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, documentation quality, and delivery outcomes
• Serve as a technical quality leader, providing guidance and best practices across cross‑functional teams
• Facilitate collaboration between business, product, development, and testing teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives
• Advocate for quality assurance standards and support the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives

• Extensive experience developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, use cases, user stories, and test documentation
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, detailed, and structured testing artifacts
• Experience supporting testing activities within mobile technology or telecommunications environments
• Hands‑on experience utilizing AI tools, such as Claude, Kiro, or similar platforms, to enhance test design and documentation processes
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, workflow tracking, documentation, and collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective testing strategies and execution‑ready deliverables
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, business, and quality assurance stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for quality standards in fast‑paced environments

• Professional experience in technical writing or documentation‑focused roles
• Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise application testing initiatives
• Background in mobile network operations or telecommunications systems
• Experience establishing testing standards, frameworks, and quality governance practices

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
