Summary of PositionResponsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization. This role analyzes complex EHS data, manages hazard reduction initiatives, develops corrective action plans, revises EHS programs and procedures, andprovidestechnical guidance to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of workplace safety performance.
Key Responsibilities / Skills- Analyze and evaluate EHS program data toidentifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities. — Task Allocation: 25%
- Manage existing EHS programs and recommend enhancements to reduce workplace hazards and risk exposure. — Task Allocation: 25%
- Design and implement hazard abatement, risk management, and corrective action initiatives. — Task Allocation: 20%
- Develop, revise, and maintain EHS manuals, policies, and procedures. — Task Allocation: 15%
- Provide technical guidance and partner with training and operational teams to improve EHS knowledge and compliance. — Task Allocation: 15%

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related technical field. - Experience:
10+ years of industrial experience in safety, environmental management, industrial hygiene, or related EHS disciplines. - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EHS management systems, process mapping, database management, compliance programs, and risk management initiatives.

Physical RequirementsMedium work environment requiring frequent standing, walking, sitting, reading, speaking, hearing, and manual dexterity. Regular field visits with occasional climbing, reaching, bending, lifting, and outdoor exposure. Ability to meet the physical demands associated with industrial and utility worksites.
Licenses and CertificationsValid Driver’s License required.
AdditionalEHS-related Certifications Are Preferred.
Combination of office and field environments with extensive travel to company locations and customer sites. Exposure to varying weather conditions, construction and utility work environments, and safety-sensitive operations. Must be able to travel up to 75% and work near major transportation hubs.
