Manager, Operations Quality Assurance Programs

The Manager, Operations Quality Assurance Programs is responsible for developing and leading audit, validation, and corrective action programs that ensure operational standards are consistently executed across critical infrastructure sites. This role establishes measurable quality systems, verification processes, and auditing frameworks to assess compliance with operational procedures, maintenance requirements, documentation standards, and vendor performance. The position focuses on identifying risks and performance gaps early, then driving sustainable improvements through data-driven corrective and preventive actions.

Working closely with operations, facilities engineering, commissioning, safety, security, and vendor teams, this leader helps maintain high levels of operational reliability, safety, and quality. The role also supports new site startups and expansions, develops performance metrics and reporting tools, and continuously improves standards, training materials, and operational controls based on field findings and lessons learned.
