Asset Manager

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Asset Manager located in Denver, CO. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing assigned real estate assets, including managing financial performance, monitoring operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include preparing financial reports, conducting property inspections, coordinating with property managers, and developing strategies to maximize asset value. The Asset Manager will also engage with stakeholders, including investors and tenants, to address concerns and optimize asset performance.

• Experience in real estate asset management, property management, or a related field
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Understanding of real estate market trends and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in property management software, MS Office and AI tools (Claude, Gemini, GPT)
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CCIM) are a plus
