Be the welcoming face of the community! As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll guide prospective residents through their apartment search, support lease signings and renewals, and help create an exceptional living experience.

Starting at $20.00/hour (based on experience)
✔ Monthly leasing commissions
✔ Quarterly renewal bonuses

Keep our communities running smoothly! In this role, you’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response while ensuring our buildings remain safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained.

$22.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
✔ Quarterly renewal bonuses
✔ Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays & on‑call coverage

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or maintenance experience (role dependent)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and desire to grow

  Works well as a member of a group
• Self‑Starter:

Leasing applicants will complete a 35‑minute pre‑employment assessment as part of the application process. Completion is required to move forward.
