• Meet with pre-qualified, motivated sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Maintain weekly contact to build trust and momentum
• Use our follow-up systems to maximize conversions
• Provide top-tier service that turns clients into raving fans and referrals
• Host team open houses (you keep the leads!)
• Keep your calendar and CRM up to date to stay booked
• Attend weekly sales training and meetings to stay sharp
Qualifications:
• Fluent Spanish speaker (required) • Active Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Tech-savvy and organized with great time management
• Positive, proactive, and hungry to grow
• Sales experience is a plus, but coachability is key! Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Compensation:
$75,000-$150,000 per year
