This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Denver, CO. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties. Daily responsibilities include identifying and showing properties, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The agent will also work with both residential and investment clients, providing guidance to help them meet their financial and property goals.

• Proficiency in real estate market analysis, property sourcing, and identifying investment opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge in sales strategies, property contracts, and local real estate regulations
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions efficiently
• A valid Colorado real estate license is required
• Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to real estate
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
