We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Agents to join our Real Estate Investment team as an Acquisitions Agent. As an Acquisitions Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring residential properties identified as sound investment opportunities. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential.
Acquisition Agent Responsibilities:- Identify off-market and on-market properties that meet investment criteria.
- Build and maintain a network of brokers, owners, developers, and other stakeholders to find deals.
- Conduct due diligence, including property valuations and comps
- Negotiate purchase price, terms, and contingencies with sellers and brokers.
- Structure creative deals (e.g., seller financing, joint ventures, assumable loans).
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and fair housing practices
- Maintain an active acquisitions pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and client documentation
- Excellent sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate deals
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
- Ability to analyze market trends and property values
- Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional service to clients
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
