Required Skills:Postdoctoral Researcher, AI and Systems Co-design Team Responsibilities:
Utilize extensive understanding of hardware architecture and software to analyze the scalability bottlenecks in our AI and Compute Fleet
Conduct state-of-the-art research to advance the science and technology of AI infrastructure
Collaborate closely with the team as well as cross-functional partners across a broad range of disciplines and contribute towards Meta’s research product development
Influence progress of relevant research communities by producing high-quality publications
Open source research code and conduct reproducible research
Bring the latest ideas to Meta, e.g., through inviting leading researchers to talk about their work at Meta, through sharing advances in the field through internal talks and notes
Build a research program for your future
Minimum Qualifications:
Track record of consistent publications reflecting expertise in theoretical and/or empirical research
Relevant research experience working onAI hardware, software, and algorithms
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Preferred Qualifications:
$154,000/year to $217,000/year + benefits
