• Research, verify, update, and maintain ICAP Fellow information, ensuring directory records are accurate, consistent, and current.
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to ICAP Fellows, including conducting Fellow outreach and interviews to identify trends, testimonials, and examples of program impact.
• Support development of the ICAP Impact Report through research, writing, data visualization, fact-checking, revisions, and organization of supporting project materials.

• Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information, identify relevant trends, and communicate findings clearly to professional audiences.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive; familiarity with Canva or other data visualization/design tools is beneficial.

• Required: Current graduate student at the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Studies with demonstrated research, writing, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience conducting interviews or qualitative research and/or working with datasets and basic data analysis.
• Preferred: Experience developing reports, presentations, or professional communications and an interest in international affairs, leadership development, program evaluation, alumni engagement, or nonprofit management.
• Primarily computer-based work involving research, data management, writing, and professional communication.
• Project-based and deadline-driven environment requiring independent work, organization, and management of multiple priorities.
• Weekly check-ins and regular collaboration with the ICAP Program Coordinator.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and standard office technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively through virtual and in-person meetings, email, and telephone/video calls.

• Week 1 | Sept. 28–Oct. 2 | Estimated 7 hours
  Onboarding & Directory Review: Meet with the ICAP Coordinator; review the existing Fellow Directory, Impact Report, and project files; begin the directory audit.
• Week 2 | Oct. 5–9 | Estimated 10 hours
  Directory Research: Research and verify Fellow positions, organizations, titles, sectors, and other directory information.
• Week 3 | Oct. 12–16 | Estimated 10 hours
  Directory Research & Outreach: Continue research; identify missing information; begin targeted outreach to Fellows; clean and standardize directory data.
• Week 4 | Oct. 19–23 | Estimated 8 hours
  Finalize Fellow Directory: Complete major directory updates; verify information; document remaining gaps; and prepare data for Impact Report analysis.
  Milestone – Oct. 23: Updated ICAP Fellow Directory due.
• Week 5 | Oct. 26–30 | Estimated 9 hours
  Impact Report Research & Data Analysis: Review the previous Impact Report; determine needed updates; begin analyzing Fellow data and identifying key statistics.
• Week 6 | Nov. 2–6 | Estimated 9 hours
  Quantitative Analysis & Interview Planning: Continue data analysis; identify trends and Fellows to feature; develop interview questions; begin scheduling interviews.
• Week 7 | Nov. 9–13 | Estimated 9 hours
  Fellow Interviews & Testimonials: Conduct Fellow interviews; gather testimonials and impact stories; continue quantitative research as needed.
