Job Description

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! The Premium Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations within the Premium Department.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Compensation

Hourly rate: $20.00 to $22.75. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, Ready On. Shifts will be made available for you to select; there is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25 hrs/wk average annually.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations of assigned areas during events.
  • Interact with clients and guests as necessary.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Ensure all event spaces, pantries, etc. are properly set and ready for each event.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel, promote employee growth, efficiency, morale and teamwork.
  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
  • Interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and other standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product.
  • Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
  • Verify rentals, food, supplies, beverage, etc. have been received in accordance to Event Orders, Transfers, etc.
  • Work directly with Warehouse and Culinary in a professional and productive manner to ensure all service needs are met.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Expectations
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with Premium service and standards.
  • Report for scheduled shifts on time.
  • Uphold staff to the highest level of service standards and performance, including implementation and follow-through of SOPs.
  • Manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete delegated tasks in a prompt and organized manner.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with Aramark Management.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge in Catering Standards for enhanced execution.
Qualifications Skills:
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
  • Customer service and communication.
  • Fast‑paced problem solving.
  • Personable, proactive, and self‑motivated.
  • Organized and able to jump from task to task and prioritize as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Must be able to read and maintain information.
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Service industry experience preferred.
Physical:
  • Able to move fast and act on assigned duties.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and a well‑groomed appearance.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, and putting away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods.
  • Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.
