Description

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Stand Lead oversees a concession stand and all aspects of service to ensure our guests have the best possible experience! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $20.29 to $21.29. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Position

Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, Ready On, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assigns duties to food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
  • Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and customer service
  • Ensures that food is prepared and built according to standardized recipes and directions
  • Assists with workstation set-up to include prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
  • Assist and delegate the proper tear-down, cleaning and sanitizing of workstations
  • Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs.
  • Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
  • Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification
  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
  • Previous food service experience required
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification
  • Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required
  • Willing to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments
  • Ability to establish relationships with guests and co-workers
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to improve efficiency
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
