• Prepare guest orders for one or more special venue locations which could include sporting arenas,concert venues, etc.
• When special venues arenot operating, work with local market to support corporate locations in theback of house
• Be a menu expert, follow
  
  Smashburger’s prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders
• Must be able to read and prepare food orders and receive verbal instructions and cook food according tothose instructions
• Team work! Must be ableto work with others on the line and communicate effectively with GSEs and managers in a busy restaurant environment
• Have pride in maintainingcleanliness of kitchen floors, equipment and counters at all times
• Follow checklists andproven systems to set up, stock and close the kitchen
• Operate large cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers; must be capable of using knives andslicing equipment
• Foster and value a safework environment by following all personal and food safety and security standards
• Values integrity and doing the right thing, even when no oneis watching

• Must be 16 years old
• Physical ability to standfor extended periods of time and to move and lift boxes of food/ supplies up to50 lbs.
• Ability to work in high temperature
• Show up on time to work variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must successfully complete our training program
• Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger, local, state, and federalemployment regulations
• Must be able to produceauthorized U.S. work documents;
