JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring an experienced Line Cook. Pay depends on experience. We are looking for candidates with strong prep and line experience, and prefer a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen. Weekend availability is required.
DUTIESPrepare and cook menu items in a timely manner. Perform station functions on flattop, grill, and pantry. Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness through shift. Identify and communicate potential issues with all co-workers: management, back of house, and front of house.
