Employee Assistance Program, jury duty leave, bereavement leave, and more - Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Restaurant Server Assistant or Restaurant Busser include:
- Table Maintenance:
Promptly clearing used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area. - Table Resetting:
Setting tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens for new guests. - Support to Servers:
Assisting servers by refilling beverages, delivering food items, and responding to guest requests. - Cleaning Duties:
Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
