** This role is to deliver exemplary guest experience during both banquet setup and service, in accordance with the Banquet Event Orders.
* Prepares banquet areas for meals and coffee services.
* Interacts professionally with guests, delivering positive and professional service during all food services
* Serves customers according to standards and liquor laws; maintains a clean bar, service area and bus bar items.
* Assists with general cleaning, organizing storage rooms, small wares inventory.
* Able to work afternoon and late evenings - Sometimes to Midnight
* Able to be on feet for long periods of time
* Able to pick up a shift in a day or 2 notice
