Restaurant Manager
to join our leadership team. Wonderyard is a vibrant, garden-inspired dining destination known for its immersive environment, energetic atmosphere, and memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional service every day.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead front-of-house teams, and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high-energy environment while ensuring operational excellence.

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts

Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff

Ensure all service standards and hospitality expectations are consistently met

Maintain a positive and energetic culture within the team

Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance

Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage during peak times

Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive outcomes

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Collaborate with culinary and operations leadership to maintain food and service quality

Support special events and high-volume service periods

2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience in a high-volume environment

Strong leadership and team development skills

Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

TIPS and Serv Safe certification preferred

Competitive salary ($65K – $75K depending on experience)
