Join vineyard vines in the Cherry Creek location as a Crew Lead to lead a vibrant team, mentor staff and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and meeting store performance goals.

What You’ll Do- Drive sales and support the store in meeting or surpassing financial goals and metrics by creating memorable, lasting impressions with customers.
- “Host the party” while effectively communicating vineyard vines core values to customers through your team.
- Regularly exemplify our values of Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Fun.
- Execute the fundamentals of “door to floor” from receiving shipment to setting the floor with new inventory.
- Focus on people development and training: provide ongoing, consistent training with current and new crew on product, presentation and process through coaching on the moment and onboarding.

In addition to core responsibilities, you will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). DORs are rotation-based opportunities that drive clarity around execution of work and support professional growth.
Requirements- Minimum one year of retail leadership or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Charismatic personality and love for the vineyard vines brand and community.
- Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team.
- Team‑focused, confident and professional.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, manage time and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Stand and/or move around for extended periods.
- Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
- Lift up to 40 pounds, unless accommodation is requested.
- Weekend availability required – scheduling will be dependent on business needs.
- Average 20‑30 hours per week to maintain part‑time status.
- Seasonal stores: 25‑40 hours per week during peak periods.
$18.50 – $21 per hour.
