As a Candy Store Sales Associate, you are a vital member of the Hammond’s Factory Store team. Our Associates are passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to creating an unforgettable guest experience. You help ensure that every visitor to our store enjoys a welcoming, engaging, and memorable interaction.

What You’ll Do Each Day

• Spread joy to guests by engaging with them, sharing samples, and telling the story of Hammond’s Candies
• Share your knowledge of Hammond’s products, history, and candy-making craftsmanship
• Deliver high-quality service during every transaction at the cash register
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Assist in keeping inventory organized and supporting store operations as needed
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Hammond’s Candies, representing the company inside and outside the store
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
