• Drive the direct-to-consumer (DTC) assortment strategy, ensuring product selections align with customer demand, inventory optimization, and ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead the selection and prioritization of products for DTC channels, strategically building assortments that capitalize on key categories, emerging seasonal trends, and significant growth opportunities.
• Orchestrate impactful product launches and merchandising strategies, from seasonal drops to critical product moments and promotional campaigns, maximizing their market impact.
• Collaborate with planning teams to conduct in-depth product performance analysis, identifying actionable insights to boost conversion rates, accelerate sell-through, and enhance average order value.
• Partner closely with buying teams to meticulously align purchasing decisions with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and sell-through objectives, ensuring optimal stock management.
• Champion compelling product storytelling, working hand-in-hand with creative teams to execute engaging narratives across paid media, digital platforms, and full-price retail environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Business Data Analysis.
• Demonstrated Cross-Functional Leadership abilities.
• Expertise in Digital Merchandising.
• Experience with In-Store Merchandising.
• Strong background in Merchandising principles.
• Skills in Visual Merchandising.
