Job Overview
Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers, educate and recommend solutions, and capitalize on the fast‑paced, technology‑driven retail environment to achieve sales and quality metrics.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment using digital tools, effective communication, and education of T‑Mobile solutions.
- Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and employ solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products.
- Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes; maintain knowledge of systems and reference resources; review personal results and current promotions; partner with nearby stores to onboard customers and perform store operations, opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional service, exceed customer expectations, pursue prospective customers, capture referrals, manage follow‑up processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers in National Retail.
- Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and training pay. Upon completion they may promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year.
