Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare consultation, and product recommendations within a luxury beauty environment. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to build loyalty and drive sales for brand partners. • Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customer goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and drive sales both on the sales floor and through digital tools (text and social media)
• Set and achieve individual and team sales goals and participate in beauty events and services
• Book appointments, manage customer interactions, and open new rewards program accounts to build loyalty
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
• Keep the beauty department organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through brand and company trainings

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, manage concerns empathetically, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
• Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (regularly up to 10 lbs, occasionally up to 25 lbs)
