Provide world class customer service and maintain inviting, organized departments.;
Assist department managers with inventory, ordering, and profitability aims (margin, COGs, shrink).;
Merchandise shelves, endcaps, and displays; perform tagging, facing, stocking, and backstock tasks.;
Assist in training staff and supervising team members; support store opening/closing activities and cash handling.;
Handle register functions, process returns, and address customer questions following company policies.
