Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics; Cherry Creek - Denver

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers in providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nurture feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs).
• Perform physical activities such as constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Minimum of 1 year of retail work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work effectively in large teams.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, able to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexible in work hours with willingness to work evenings, weekends, national holidays, and on-site.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly salary between $19.29 and $19.50, depending on experience.
