Job Overview

Job Type: Regular.

Work Location:

Best Buy 211, Denver, CO 80222. Pay: $19.29 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Prefer Saturday and Sunday; flexible Friday options may be available.

• Demonstrate HP products and tailor demonstrations to customer needs.
• Engage with customers to build rapport, create a memorable experience, and guide them to displays.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report sales, competitive insights, and all activity to Retail Operations.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Accurately document and report sales, and submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, functional and presentable workstation or kiosk.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience, or 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiasm and outgoing personality.
• Experience engaging customers and demonstrating products; product or training demonstration experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail or customer-service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment; available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
