Summary

As a Team Lead you will act as an ambassador of the brand, assisting the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the sales team while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will build and sustain client relationships, proactively champion sales goals and contribute to the store’s positioning in the luxury market. The role requires strong communication, a client‑centric mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to drive business results.

• Co-create sales and client‑development strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers.
• Mentor, develop and support the sales team to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Drive client acquisition, retention and loyalty through personalized selling and relationship building.
• Manage selling and floor operations to meet sales targets and maintain luxury service standards.
• Champion a specific product category and identify products for clients based on profiles and market trends.
• Support store operations and ensure smooth execution of daily retail activities.

• Proven retail selling experience, luxury retail preferred, with strong client development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities; able to coach and motivate a team.
• Sales‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong product knowledge and market awareness.
• Ability to execute brand standards and deliver a consistently high level of client experience.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
