Position: H&M Sales Advisor - Denver Pavilions

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. Additionally, you will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience when available.
  • Support customers with direct customer service.
  • Engage in conversations with customers to provide an excellent service.
  • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
  • Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.
  • Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
  • Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
  • Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
  • Keep up to date with the fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
  • Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
  • Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
  • Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
  • Give and receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
  • Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, training, and courses for your role and future development.
  • Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
  • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
  • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
  • Support garment presentation and execution, maintaining attractive merchandise displays and clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
  • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
  • Maintain best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.).
  • Support opening and closing of the store.
  • Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.

  • Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
  • Have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to this role.
  • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
Compensation

Hourly, Non‑Exempt – Sales Associates pay rate $19.50 per hour. This range may be modified in the future based on qualifications.
